BRAND MEANING
"Soulform" represents the belief that greatness results from a harmonious relationship between the internal and external of an athlete. The “SOUL” reflects the unseen passion, energy, and drive for progression and performance. The “FORM” is how that unseen force takes shape.
We believe in that same vision when creating gear for these players: to bring designs to the world of volleyball that emphasize both performance and aesthetic.
ORIGIN STORY
Soulform was born when Lucas Byun, an aspiring entrepreneur and designer, noticed something missing in the volleyball footwear scene. As someone who loved the sport himself, he noticed that despite the rapidly growing number of players, there weren't many athletes who actually wore dedicated volleyball shoes.
The designs were bland and traditional which younger players didn't like, not to mention the lack of innovation in the space entirely. Athletes wanted to play in something new for the sport they loved. It made sense.
There wasn't a brand out there that was focused on providing this type of footwear for that type of player. From that point on, Soulform was born. In an attempt to solve that issue, we designed the SF1. Join us as we reimagine the way volleyball footwear is created.
