Soulform ships orders from the east coast of the United States internationally to most countries around the globe.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after the order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Methods & Costs

Shipping costs and delivery options are calculated at checkout through third-party carriers. Customers are responsible for selecting their preferred shipping method and associated cost.

Carrier Responsibility

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Soulform is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or carrier-related issues. Any delivery disputes must be addressed directly with the carrier using the provided tracking information.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Soulform is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
