Soulform ships orders from the east coast of the United States domestically and internationally to most countries around the globe.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after the order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays.

Shipping Methods & Costs

Shipping costs and delivery options are calculated at checkout through third-party carriers such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx. Customers are responsible for selecting their preferred shipping method and associated cost.

International Shipping

International customers delivery options will be offered and the shipping costs and durations may greatly vary depending on country. For most orders, all these tariffs/fees will be calculated and included under "Tax" at checkout. This way, there is quite a low chance of your package getting held up at customs with additional fees. 

Our website also does additional verification on the shipping addresses of international orders which can take up to 1 business day to confirm. Thank you for your patience.

Carrier Responsibility

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Soulform is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or carrier-related issues. Any delivery disputes must be addressed directly with the carrier using the provided tracking information.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Soulform is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
